    Why do bottles of Tequila have worms in them?

    		The maguey or agave worm is believed to be bottled in tequila - myth!! Some Mezcal (a related drink) bottles have a worm in them, but this is claimed by Mexicans to be no more than a marketing ploy. It all gets quite complex and a little tedious, so have a look for yourself at:
