Can anyone give me general facts about Jesus' childhood?

Agreed. I have a book entitled 'The Life Of Jesus' which is basically a short history of the time he lived in, plus the four Gospels, presented in the chronological order in which all his teachings and miracles took place. Like the Bible, this book gives no clue to what happened in the years between Jesus' birth, and when he began his ministry, at around 30. I guess we'll never know.... Jul 06 02, 10:56 AM

Jesus is supposed to have grown up in Nazareth. At the time, Nazareth was a small town about two miles from a major city, which I can't remember the name of. This city is not mentioned in the Bible at all, but there's plenty of archaeological evidence for it. Jul 08 02, 8:25 AM
