Another announcement for those who do not use the forums. l3i7l will be going to Finlady's funeral today, and will be representing all of FunTrivia, as well as himself and me. I spoke to Liane Monday evening and the family have been reading all the notes and messages, here and in the forums. They are astounded by all the support and condolences from Fun Trivia. Liane is printing everything out including the numerous e-mails received from members to save, and send to other family members. I thought you would all like to know your words are being read. Question #20525. Asked by Brainy Blonde.

    l3i7l

Yes, Brainy, and FunTrivia friends, I am lucky enough to live close enough to be able to attend Finlady's funeral. Unfortunately I never had the privilege of meeting her in person. I had e-mailed Liane Tuesday, expressing my condolences, and telling her how I 'met' her mother here at FunTrivia. She was familiar with the birthday card mix-up, which caused Finlady to refer to me as her 'other son' Bill. As it turns out, her real Bill is a pastor, so I guess that just might make me the 'evil' twin. (lol)

Anyway, here is little bit of what Liane wrote back:
'Oh we would love to meet you! It would be great if you could arrange to be here. I know there will be alot of people.... Hope to meet you soon! Liane (I suppose I would be your internet sister...lol)'

Liane, thank you for the invitation, right now I'm going to take a quick 'power nap', so I am fresh for the drive. I am looking forward to meeting Finlady's family too.

For my remarks about the funeral, please see them at the 'Finlady' thread, in the Commons of the Forums.

Question mark?

I was not sure who to send this to and how to send it, so I decided to send an email to everyone on my mother's address book. I know some of you may already know this but, my mother passed away this morning at 8:10 am. Some of you may have known her as Carryll, Vivian or Finlady. My mother suffered for many years. She went peacefully and she is now with God, probably talking an arm and a leg off him asking questions..haha! We will miss her, but it was good to see her at peace. The obituary will be in the Eagle herald tomorrow. The address is www.eagleherald.com. Love to all, Liane (her daughter) I received the above e-mail today and thought those that don't use the forums would like to know. The obligatory question mark?

L3i7l, how did you choose your screen name and what is it meant to represent?

Not a trivia question, but a warning. I don't know if anyone else has received one, but watch out in your mail for a Cote d'Ivoire scam. I doubt if anyone here would fall for it, but newcomers might. The account that sent it to me has been toasted, by the way. And I've notified Yahoo France about the abuse of one of their addresses, too. If the moderators could leave this up for a bit, I'd be grateful.

Earlier in Q#12904 I asked how many Marx family members had non-speaking parts in the 1931 film "Monkey Business." Someone helpfully pointed out that dad Frenchie and Harpo were two who do not speak. Does anyone know for sure whether Groucho, Chico and Zeppo all had speaking parts?
