    How sick will mold make you if eaten?

    		There are 15 types of mold or Stachybotrys, which is a fungus growing from spores.
    Depending on the type of mold will determine how sick you get.

    		Anywhere between - feeling slightly sick from eating to many cheese sandwiches to being in a confined space listening to 'ashes to ashes, dust to dust' coming from somewhere above you. Some mould is acceptable as it is a necessary part of some of the foods we eat. Others can kill you.

    		Some mould is more than 'acceptable', it's desirable. Blue cheese (ick!) is a case in point.

    		Blue cheese (ick)? Absolutely not! Having said that, this particular foodstuff is something of an acquired taste. I hated it when I first tried it, but it grew on me. A mature stilton is especially tasty to round off a good meal.
