    Why is Whole Wheat more healthy than White Bread?

    Nutritionally speaking, wholewheat bread, because it contains the whole grain, and not just the starchy part, has around seven times more vitamins, six times the iron of bread manufactured from refined white flour, which has had the wheat germ and the outer husk removed. And of course, being higher in fibre, wholewheat bread is more beneficial to one's digestive system than white.
