    Question #20877. Heisman asks:

What was the biggest blowout in American college football history?

    Friar Tuck

I am answering in total ignorance of the rules so apologies if this is not any help. According to
    http://espn.go.com/ncf/2000/20001007/recap/ooctth.html

The Sooners also came within a point of the biggest blowout, a 50-0 OU win in 1908, and the 77 points were another series record.

There seem to be different Divisions (1-A, 1-AA, II and III), plus the navy were also playing NCAA Football and sometimes there are two sets of records.

Division 1-A ... Most Points Scored:-
Wyoming vs. Northern Colo. 103-0 on November 5th, 1949
    http://ncaa.org/library/records/football_records_book/2001/005-108.pdf on page 15

Division 1-A ... Most points scored two consecutive games:-
    177 by Houston in 1968:
77-3 vs. Idaho on November 16th
100-6 vs. Tulsa on November 23rd
    http://ncaa.org/library/records/football_records_book/2001/005-108.pdf on page 17

Division 1-AA ... Most Points Scored
Portland State (105 points) vs. Delaware State, November 8th, 1980
    http://ncaa.org/library/records/football_records_book/2001/109-158.pdf at page 9

and then you get to a page with this on it, and wonder what you've been looking at:-
North Central vs. Lewis Institute 116-0, in 1916
