    The highest military decoration in the US is the Congressional Medal of Honor and something like 3,200 have been awarded from 1862 to 2002...I think the Victoria Cross is Britain's equivalent...how many of those have been awarded over the same period (1862-2002)?

    		There have been 1354 VCs awarded since the medal was created in 1856.
