For all you Royalty hotshots out there, here's one for you: Let's say, God forbid, all the Windors die/abdicate, how is the next royal family chosen?

The line of succession is not exclusive to people with the surname Windsor, so presumably whoever inherited the job - that would be the name of the next royal house. And, as an interesting note, the family's real name isn't Windsor - that was changed/adopted during the WWI era as anti-German feelings were prevalent throughout the country (the real royal house's name is German). Aug 20 02, 1:11 AM
