Where is the world's only underwater hotel?
I'm looking for the name of a TV mini series movie/show. We had rented them from the video store. It's about a boy who is traveling to different worlds looking for pieces of a machine to get him back home (I think.) He is gathering something along his way. He travels to different worlds with a "professor" and maybe another person. Along the way he visits 5-8 different worlds (each was a different movie.) They were all entitled "Somebody and the Land of ???" One world had to do with giant eggs, one world a town of toys, and the end was a land something like a fantasy "Camelot." My children watched these movies anywhere from 1988 - 1993. I'm hoping someone can help me end my frazzled search.
What do these places have in common: Crescent Hotel-Eureka Springs, Arkansas, Hotel San Carlos-Phoenix, Arizona, Queen Mary-Long Beach, California, Stanley Hotel-Estes Park, Colorado, Hawthorne Hotel-Salem, Massachusetts, Landmark Inn-Lake Superior, Michigan, Hilton Cincinnati Netherland Plaza-Cincinnati, Ohio,
Bullock Hotel-Deadwood, South Dakota, The Menger Hotel-San Antonio, Texas, and Equinox-Manchester Village, Vermont? The answer is not that they are hotels or places to stay.
