How do cow's produce milk from their bodies?

Same way as all other mammals, through the mammary glands.

Mammals will continue to produce milk, or lactate, as long as the infant continues to nurse. In the case of cows, lactation begins after the cow gives birth to a calf. When the calf no longer needs to nurse, the cow continues to be milked by the farmer. When either milking or nursing is stopped, lactation will stop.
