If you throw rocks at a moving car on the freeway, by what law can you be convicted under and what are the penalties?

    Question #22271. Asked by anon.

    Friar Tuck

It would depend on the outcome of your actions and where you commit the crime. If the car was hit resulting in the death of the driver then I think you could be charged with murder and the penalties for that vary depending where you are.
