    Little Miss Coppertone replaced the original image used by the company until 1953. What was the original image used?

    		Prior to 1953, Coppertone used an Indian Head seal and the slogan "Don't be a paleface."

    		At the start of its career, Coppertone had a picture of an Indian chief with the slogan "Don't be a Paleface." They had later replaced him with Little Miss Coppertone in 1953.
