    		Well, having ran a search on Google, Leicester,1961 is shown, but I am unable to get that particular site to work properly, and it was the only source of information I could find....

    		Agreeing with MK2 - that Leicester had women Traffic Wardens in 1961 - don't know if there were any before that.
