    		Either, in context. You need to say more about where you want to use them before it is clear which you need.

    		Both are correct depending on context. People is singular but may be used as a collective term, eg: the People of Canada. Peoples would generally be used when referring to the people of more than one nation/group. eg: Peoples of the world.
