Is it true, that if you lie, your nose will grow?

This is one of those wonderful threats my grandmother and mother used to say to give us something to think about. Another favourite was 'One day your face is going to freeze that way!' used when one of us kids was pouting or crying. Your nose and ears continue to grow all of your life. Yes. Whether you lie or not, your nose will grow, because people's noses grow all the time. Other parts of the body stop growing after a certain age, but noses and ears keep growing. Oct 18 02, 9:15 AM
