Which are the states with death penalty?

Question #23575. Asked by Luxen. (Oct 25 02 2:54 PM)

    Andy

Most states and the District of Columbia have the death penalty. However, Texas is the most notorious of them all. Since the death penalty was reinstated in 1976, Texas has executed more than 300 prisoners. That's more than all of the other states combined. In second place is Virginia, with 85 prisoners executed.
