Standard answer would be converting the 7-10 split. This has been done rarely. Most notably Phil Mears converted it twice in the same series (at the Airport Bowl, Heathrow) circa 1994. (Headline news in UK World of Tenpin!) I would suggest however the most difficult shot is taking the 7-10 out of a full deck. To my knowledge this has only been done once in the UK (whilst I was present) by Sean Cunningham of Leeds University. See LUUTBC pages.
