    McDonalds, originated in San Bernardino, California in 1954. It started of as a simple hamburger stand by Richard and Maurice McDonald. Ray Kroc, a milkshake machine dealer, offered to franchise it after realizing that they had good prospects with them having the best French Fries and burgers in town. Hence the McDonalds Corporation in Des Plaines, Illinois, was founded in 1955.
