    I assume the square you mean is:
    15 3 7 19
    8 11 5 2
    7 15 12 4
    14 7 14 ?

    Then either going across
    15 - 3 + 7 = 19
    8 - 11 + 5 = 2
    7 - 15 + 12 = 4
    14 - 7 + 14 = 21

    or going downwards
    15 3 7 19
    - - - -
    8 11 5 2
    + + + +
    7 15 12 4
    = = = =
    14 7 14 21
