Where are death of commoners, who die in the House of Commons, recorded as having happened?

I think you will find that the protocol is that no deaths are ever recorded as actually having occurred within the precincts of the Palace of Westminster. If someone does actually die there the body is removed and found to be 'dead on arrival' at hospital. There are particular difficulties associated with deaths in the Palace (an arcane inquest procedure has to be instigated which would suspend normal business for several days) and hence the situation is avoided in the manner mentioned above.
