You could actually create clouds, fog or dew in the environment if you did not. The warmer air is, the more water vapour it can 'hold.' Air at 30 degrees C can hold about 30 grams water vapour per cubic metre. At 20 deg C this falls to about 17 grams / cu m If air at 30 deg C containing 17 grams water vapour per cubic metere, was cooled by 10 degrees to around 20C then it would become saturated. Cool the air even a tiny bit more and its water vapour will begin condensing to form clouds, fog or dew - depending on whether the air is high above the ground, just above the ground, or right at the ground.
