Perhaps you could provide a link that shows this flag you describe in motor racing? I used to be a race marshal for national and International motor cycling events and have waved many of the flags myself at several race circuits. I have also been a guest at motor racing marshal posts courtesy of the car marshals themselves. None of the cicuits ever had a a red and yellow diagonal striped flag in their collection even though all of them held several varieties of motor racing car events. Thanks clithers. However as it turns out I have already visited an identical web page at a different URL a few days ago. Unfortunately the 'red and yellow diagonal flag' DOES NOT HAVE STRIPES ON IT !
