Potentially 2 possible answers. Depends on whether the address lines are duplexed to achieve both column and row addressing.
12 lines gives 2 (power 12) address = 4096. Times 8 bits = 32768 bits. However if the address lines are used with a column / row toggle then the number of bits is 32768 x 4096 = 134,217,728 (128 meg)
