    What happens when a company incorporates?

    		To incorporate a company you register it as an individual entity, so no one person or property will be libel for any lawsuits that may be brought against the corporation. This is the safest business structure for that reason. Oxford dictionary term for corporation:a group of people authorized to act as an individual, esp. in business.incorporate: form into a legal corporation.
