I remember a story about three goat-brothers (or some similar animal) who walked over an old bridge with a monster living under it or something like that. I know this is a famous children's story but I can't seem to emember its name. Can anyone tell me?

Does anyone know the name of the childrens' movie that was once on the Disney channel about a child with cancer that featured Christine Lahti? I believe it was called something like the '4 Diamonds' and also, is it available on video or DVD? I'm trying to remember a quote. I don't know who said it but it goes something like, "It's better to keep your mouth shut and appear stupid, than to open it and remove all doubt." Can anyone help me out? I'm looking for the name of a movie with an Asian girl and a white guy as the main characters. I can't remember exactly what it was about, something like the world was ending and right before everything went down they shot each other in the head and there is a big white bright flash in the movie. Does anyone know what movie this is? I have once heard that a noise was recorded in an American forest that matched no animal or human sound but was definately something living, does anyone know any more about this?
