Great Slave Lake, Northwest Territories, Canada 2,015 ft (614 m)
Crater Lake, Oregon, U.S.A. 1,943 ft (592 m)
Lake Tahoe, California and Nevada, U.S.A. 1,685 ft (514 m)

However, this site says Quesnel Lake in BC, Canada at 530 meters would be the third one.
