Yes, as is Jack Straw's Lane in Oxford. But the question, as phrased, is perfectly valid - it is his name, and it is in the song.

The other Jack Straw, along with Watt Tyler, was one of the ring leaders in the Peasant's Revolt of 1315. There's a pub named after him on Hampstead Heath because he's said to have made a speech from a hay wagon on that site. I expect he was more interesting than the current British Foreign Minister....
