    http://www.salixcc.com/features/lit2.htm gives lists of fatalities and injuries for different sports. Swimming has the most deaths and rugby the most injuries

    This is answer is underterminable since not all sport related deaths are actually considered to be caused by the sport. But the most dangerous sport would be BASE Jumping
