Some TV shows are based on other countries' TV shows and vice versa, and I know there is an international Seasame Street, but was there an international Mr. Rogers, or was it the same Fred Rogers we saw in the States?

There is only one Mister Rogers. He did travel to Russia in the late 80's to film several episodes, but I don't know if his programs were ever shown outside the U.S. and Canada. I'm sure he made everyone he visited feel special. If we all remember, and share, what he taught us over the years, it will always be a beautiful day in the neighborhood.
