Who was England's first saint and where are his bones?

St Alban was the first Christian martyr, and I figured his bones would be in St Albans Cathedral, Hertfordshire, but a website has said his relics are in the Roman Catholic Church of St Pantaleon in Cologne, Germany. http://www.stalbanscathedral.org.uk/ Mar 09 03, 11:45 AM

Some of the saints got around more after they were dead than before! There was quite a large trade in relics, so most of the 'surviving' ones are highly suspect anyway. Cow and sheep bones have been identified in reliquaries. Doesn't seem to have stopped them working miracles on occasions, though.
