Yes - I happened to see it on UK Gold a few months back, just cos it happened to be on when I switched on one Sunday morning ... it was a very small part, but it was definitely him.

He appeared in 'City of Death', a story featuring the 4th Doctor (Tom Baker) and the 2nd Romana (Lalla Ward). The story was set in Paris, and the TARDIS materialised in the Louvre. At the end of the story, John Cleese and fellow comedian Eleanor Bron are standing in the museum, looking at the TARDIS, appreciating its artistic values in a very funny scene. Cleese comments that since the object shouldn't be there at all, the artistic merit lies in the fact that it *is* there. Of course, the Doctor and Romana then get into the TARDIS and dematerialise. "Exquisite," says Bron. "Absolutely exquisite."
