Water comprising about 70% of the human body, if all the water was drained from the body of an average 160-pound man, the remains would weigh approximately 48 pounds.

48 lbs. The formula is the following: 160 X 70 (70% of our body is made up of water) so 160 X 70=11200. 11200 between 100 which equals 112. Then take the 160 lbs. and subtract 112 and you get the answer.
