All liquids have viscosity - some more than others. Spill ink or beer and it goes everywhere. Try to spill treacle and you'll have to heat it up before it'll move properly. Beer has low viscosity, treacle high. Glass is sometimes regarded as a supercooled liquid with extremely high viscosity. It is supposed to flow downwards in windows - making very old windows thicker at the bottom than the top. Can't swear to the accuracy of that. Now if you mean a vicious liquid - try bacardi and coke!
