According to the New Shell Book of Firsts, the first televised nudity was on August 24, 1975, when the British ITV network carried Southern Television's recording of the Glyndebourne production of Monteverdi's 'Il Ritorno d'Ulisse in Patria'. Annabel Hunt, playing the part of 'L'Umana Fragilta' ('Human Frailty')sang the opening aria unclothed. ('Ulisse' doesn't seem to have been performed at Glyndebourne in 1975: the programme was probably a recording of a production in 1972 or 1973).
