I've just looked at six pages of Adobo recipes and every one is different - in common with every other recipe (remember Shrewbury Biscuits last year?) it's whoever writes them out - Six people will give six different ingredients! It looks good though, talcum powder girl - might give it a go. I have just cooked my first Yabby. What is a Yabby and what happens when you cook it? I know many vegetables lose their nutrients when cooked, but is there a point when certain vegetables can be cooked so much that all the nutrients leave and it is pointless to eat them? I know meat must be thoroughly cooked to kill all bacteria, but after any kind of meat has been thoroughly cooked and then refrigerated afterwards, is there any risk of food poisoning if not thoroughly heated? How is steak cooked if cooked 'blue?
