Just east of Leadville is Alma where you will find the highest post office in the United States.

I believe the question was originally looking for Climax, Colorado. I'm not finding any reference for Skyway, Colorado.
Climax holds the record for having the nation's highest post office and railroad station. The town sits at 11,300 feet. The name Climax is attributed to the town's high altitude and the fact that it lies near the top of Fremont Pass.

Climax is a ghost town at the Continental Divide at an elevation of 11,360 feet (3463 meters). It was the highest settlement in the United States – it holds the record for having had the nation's highest post office and the highest railroad station (both now closed). The residential houses were transported to the West Park subdivision of Leadville, Colorado before 1965, leaving only the industrial buildings.
