globalisation is defined as the intensification of worldwide social relations which link distant localities in such a way that local happenings are shaped by events occurring many miles away and vice versa http://users.aber.ac.uk/sms0/ is it good or bad?? well i guess history will tell - but obviously progress as we know it would be stunted without it. maybe not such a bad thing....
