    		I think your friend must have in mind the match on 15 Feb 1995 which had to be called off after 27 minutes because of crowd trouble. Ireland were a goal up at the time but I can't seem to find the name of the scorer. Hope that helps your search though. http://www.englandfootballonline.com/Opp/OppRIr.html
