As blood flows through the heart, what is the order of the chambers throw which it flows and to where?

They all flow through the chambers at the same time. They flow from the atria to the ventricles, and from the ventricles, through the veins, capillaries and arteries back to the atria again.

Blood comes in from the vena cava into the right atrium to the right ventricle and then through pulmonary artery there is oxygenated by the lungs and returned to the heart by the pulmonary vein. Blood enters into the left atrium then to the left ventricle and out of the heart into the aorta where it is diffuse into smaller and smaller arteries until finally you reach the capillary that system and the blood is then returned towards the heart and small veins collecting and to you reach the vena cava again.
