    		The Who (Pete Townsend, Roger Daltrey, John Entwistle and Keith Moon) originally wrote and recorded Pinball Wizard as part of the rock opera, Tommy.

    		I could go on with this twist on Who's on First by Abbott and Costello, but I'll spare everyone.

    The group Who - Roger Daltry, Pete Townsend, John Entwistle, and Keith Moon sang Pinball Wizard. It is from Pete's rock opera Pinball Wizard from 1969.

    Sir Elton John later recorded a version.
