Are domestic dogs, coyotes, wolves, etc. the same species, that means, can they mate and have FERTILE offspring?

Dogs are a subspecies of wolves. Wolves are Canis Lupus and dogs are Canis Lupus {Familiaris;} they can mate and have fertile offspring. Coyotes are a different {species;} they are Canis Latrans. However, according to this site: http://www.ualberta.ca/~jzgurski/coyote.html they can interbreed with wolves and dogs (and jackals) and have fertile offspring.
