What percent of all venomous snake bites are dry bites?

After 8 years of this question being unanswered, I doubt there is a proper answer to your question that can be found easily or by using the internet or a book. However, this link provides some information: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Snakebite#Pathophysiology.
According to that link, 50% of coral snake bites "do not result in envenomation" (I would guess "envenomation" means that the bite would not be dry). Again a quote from that link: "only 25% of pitviper bites are dry". Those 2 examples were only given to show dry bite %ages vary between species, although I would guess most species would give between 25 and 50% dry bites, due to the fact those 2 are given to show variation.
