    		Food craving and odd tastes - There is no scientific reason known for such cravings during pregnancy but it is thought to be the body's response toward certain mineral deficiencies. Each woman may experience a craving for a different food, but if the food is of low-nutritional value and high calorie content, it should be avoided.
