Given that the amount of electricity used by a refrigerator considering that it is on 24/7 is minimal, what kind of consumption does a computer use 24/7, comparatively speaking?

One company boasts that its extra insulated fridge uses the same power as a 15 Watt light bulb, its freezer a 30W bulb and its standard fridge 40W. These are for normal sized UK fridges, not the double-doored US monsters.
My computer with 17 inch monitor is currently running at 160 to 200W plus standby power for printers, sound system etc. Power saver techniques reduce the consumption by switching off the monitor and putting the computer into standby mode if it is not used for a preset time.
