People have devised sentences that contain each of the 26 letters without repeating any. They tend to rely on obscure and questionable words, though, to achieve this.
One example is:
Cwm fjordbank glyphs vext quiz.
This is a contrived headline from a newspaper announcing that an expert is puzzled by strange symbols in a hollow next to a fjord.
