    		Hawaii - Lava is flowing into the sea in the Highcastle area of Hawaii Volcanoes National Park.

    		I don't know, the huge population increase in Alaska has caused a tremendous physical growth to that state. The amount of new land formed by Hawaii's volcanos is tiny.
