I have seen many church names such as something Baptist church, or something Methodist church or Presbyterian, but what are the differences between all these, do they not all believe in Jesus?

Yes, all these Christian denominations believe in Jesus Christ as their Lord and Saviour, and the three you mention don't differ all that much.
I would recommend that you go to Google, click on their Directory, then 'Religion', 'Christianity', and finally 'Denominations'.
Some Christian denominations' beliefs differ greatly from Biblical Christianity, and these groups are often referred to as 'sects' or sometimes 'cults' (Mormonism ,Seventh-Day Adventism, Roman Catholicism, Plymouth Brethren, Christian Scientists, etc, etc).
I have been to two of those three churches, and they are (to me) basically the same, i.e. they believe in the Holy Bible, the Trinity, water baptism, Christ as Saviour and original sin.
Hope this helps in your query.
