Where did the stone for Norwich Cathedral come from and how was it transported?

I understand that he cathedral is built of flint rubble and mortar faced with limestone ashlar, imported from Caen in France (this is the lighter, smoother stone) and from Barnack in Northamptonshire (this is a greyer, fossil-filled stone).
Transportation ? Beam me up Scotty?

Dark bark strikes again.Since the local stone in Norfolk is crud,the stone for the Cathedral was inported from France and sailed up the river Wensum.
