    Britain's National Health Service is frequently cited as being the world's third biggest employer, after the Indian railways and "The Red Army." Does this refer to the Russian Army or the Chinese Army, or both, or neither?

    		it refers to the Chinese army as it is the largest army in the world with over 1 million soldiers

    		The Chinese army has 2.8 million troops, the Russian army just over 1 million.
