Is this fiendishly cryptic?
Does it relate to the titles of the works themselves or the manner of their production, or neither of these things?
Have they all been made into films?

Hi Dark Bark. I lost the question numbers of the three which you had ongoing!
I think the answer is that she wrote her books at a stand-up writing desk.
How many million miles am I away from the correct answer?

YO! YO! GO Linus!
She wrote her books STANDING UP.
Apparently it was to do with her sister who was an artist and, like most artists/painters, they stand up to paint at an easel.
She somehow thought that it was more workmanlike and inspirational to do the same.
